1. Allergic Reactions & LiabilityBy booking our face painting services, you acknowledge and accept that, while we use high-quality, non-toxic, and hypoallergenic face paints, there is always a risk of allergic reactions or skin sensitivities. It is the responsibility of the client (or the responsible adult for minors) to inform us of any known allergies or skin conditions before the event. We are not responsible nor liable for any allergic reactions, skin irritations, or other issues resulting from the use of face paint. We recommend performing a patch test if you or your child have concerns about allergies. Please note we ONLY paint children aged 3 years and older.2. Photo Imagery PolicyWe frequently take photographs during the events and parties we attend. By booking through our form, you agree to our photo imagery policy as follows:Verbal Consent: Verbal consent will be requested by the artist from each individual participant or from a responsible adult if the participant is under 16 years old before taking any photographs.Usage of Images: By giving your verbal consent, you grant the artist full rights to use any photographs or videos taken during the event, along with any reproductions or adaptations of these images, for promotional purposes. This may include, but is not limited to, usage on our website, social media, printed marketing materials, or press releases.Opting Out of Photographs: If you or any participant does not wish to be photographed, please inform the artist before or upon arrival at your event. We will respect your wishes and ensure no photos are taken of specific individuals or the event as a whole.3. Cancellation PolicyA non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your event date. In the event of a cancellation, the booking fee will be forfeited. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for cancellations made at any time after the booking fee is paid. If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your new date based on availability.
